Colleen, Jon, and Stephanie (featured from left to right) are the tight-knit minds leading the charge at Blue Surf Cafe (and the former Blue Surf Arboretum West location). The three have strong ties to the Wilmington community, and a deep passion for building community engagement and relationships through great tasting food. With backgrounds in law (Colleen), civil engineering (Stephanie), and the culinary arts (Jon), each member of our leadership came together to create the Blue Surf Restaurants brand with the same goal in mind—to build community through delicious American cuisine.
