About Us

Colleen, Jon, and Stephanie (featured from left to right) are the tight-knit minds leading the charge at both the Blue Surf Cafe and Blue Surf Arboretum locations. The three have strong ties to the Wilmington community, and a deep passion for building community engagement and relationships through great tasting food. With backgrounds in law (Colleen), civil engineering (Stephanie), and the culinary arts (Jon), each member of our leadership came together to create the Blue Surf Restaurants brand with the same goal in mind—to build community through delicious American cuisine.
